I've watched this a bunch of times now. There was no reason for this. The idiot in the maroon car locked up his parking brake for no reason. Plain and simple. Theres nothing in his way, no one swerving towards him, Nothing..... He clearly sounds stoned when he asks "him" if "hes" ok. Hope this guy paid for what he did to this girl.. Senseless accident.
