Ok the story behind this one. This is a crazy Japenese game show. Isn't most of the stuff on Japenese TV crazy. Porn too, they are some weird people over there. Anyways, they strap this guy to a ton of compressed air bottles with water in them. Pump the bottles up and hit the caps. Away he goes, lol.
